I am Ronald Manalo 27 years old and this is my first blog
Since the title of this Blog is all about me, it's gonna be all about me and what I do, what i like, and what i could share with the world.
I will be starting with who I am, My name is Ronald Manalo, I am the son of Rodolfo Manalo and Cecilia Manalo. I have two sisters namely Cecillia "Sny" Guerrero and Maricenaz "Pleket" Manalo. I have two half siblings, Rudolf Anthony "Bam-Bam" Manalo, and Raquel "Rocky" Manalo. I just noticed that everyone in our family has their own cool nicknames other than me, I'm just plain Ronald Manalo, sometimes they call me nunad or nad, but its still just my name ronald. Notice that my brothers and sisters has a nickname not tied by their names. Anyways enough about me, lets talk about what i do.
I work as a technical support in a call center which i will never mention in all of my blogs, I've work my way up, was an agent for a year, was promoted as an SME (subject matter expert), after a year i was a mentor, kinda like the right hand of the trainer, i conduct mini trainings for account related updates, and takes care of outlying agents or the bottom performers, after couple of months the account closed and was transferred to another account, somehow related to the previous account. Took calls for two months, after two months became a Resolution Expert, a supervisor, who takes the hardest technical calls or hardest customers. Been there for quite some time, did not enjoy it but has to carry on. After sometime, i became a trainer, trained new hires for the account, trained one batch only. Went back to being supervisor, not enjoyable believe me. After couple of months again, got transfered to be an outbound agent, and was very happy ever since. As of march 10, 2011 I'm still doing outbound calls, and i enjoy it because, I always get home on time, specially right now that i just got married this January 15, 2011. When i was a supervisor It's always a minimum of two hours of OT, sometimes paid, other times unpaid. So that's my career.
Ok! so lets get to the fun part, discussing the things i want to discuss. One of the things i can share with you guys are technical stuff. I can say I'm a technical savvy person so i can share solutions to problems, DIY projects for computers, common problems encountered on some laptops, basically anything i know i will post in my blogs. I'm also into weight training, I was a skinny 115 lbs and 5'5'' guy before. But now I'm a ripped at 135lbs, i will post some pictures and tips on how i did it, so please make sure you guys check it once in a while, I'm also a fight fan so i will post my predictions here, for UFC fights and boxing matches, and did i mention I'm a boxer also? I am but not by profession, i just box to be fit. One also exciting thing about me is i am a Christian, i read the Bible and go to service every Sunday, so I'll be sharing stories, parable, verses and explain it. Hate it or Love it, I'm still gonna share it. This is going to be a start of my blogs, and hope you subscribe.
